So, when any architect recommends a WPC product, they do so because they know that it will be saving their time during the assembling and installing process as there is no rebate time that is involved in the case of WPC.

Also, there is no seasoning time involved as is the case in wood, no miter or any sort of other joint is required, neither there is any painting cost involved nor is there any planning required, which saves a lot of time and also helps in cost-cutting too. This is the first and foremost reason.

For any architect if the customer isn't happy then, there is no point constructing and giving them the end product.

So, to make the customers feel happy, you would always consider their pain areas especially by keeping in mind the product that you are using, like if the product gets destroyed because of any kind of water, moisture damage or termite attack in the later stages which especially happens when any architect recommends the usage of wooden frames that are prone to the above problems, just because the customer would get a natural wood grain finish. However, even while promoting wood, they all know the fact that they are recommending a product which will surely get damaged in the long run. So, now when we talk about Real Estate (Regulation and Development ) ACT, 2016 [RERA], which today is in extreme limelight, as according to it, a homebuyer has to be given, a warranty for 5 years over their home furniture by the builder. Which assures them that their homes will not be damaged by water, dampness, moisture or termite attack. However, if a builder uses wooden frames then we all know that is impossible to guarantee that the wooden door frames will not be affected by these attacks. So when we talk about RERA, then WPC is a kind of a great product that can be used as a substitute and hence can be recommended to your clients.

Last but not the least, is that every Architect leads a country to be brighter, futuristic and does a noble cause by following the ethical norms for the environment to keep planet Earth safe.

However, in the kind of global warming which is happening across the world, if an architect refers WPC products they contribute a bit of their pie to society.
