In WPC we make doors of 28mm or 24mm.

So, you can take a solid piece and put it inside any moulding machine like the way you make mouldings of wood in a different design. Later, you can set any kind of design and easily make mouldings out of it and via headless nails you can fix it on your door frames or you can stick it using solvent cement before nailing it without any problem. You don't have to apply wooden mouldings on WPC products, because you'll get a complete solution.

You can also do engraving on WPC through 3D engraving machines, and get whatever design you want for an authentic look.

Engraving is easy on WPC than wood as it is an engineered and standardized product wherein the density, more or less remains the same throughout the frame, So, the bits don’t break down when you engrave on them. Also, you waste very little of the product while performing engraving on it.
