Well, in a running project one can shift from Timber Door Frames to better products even when the products are specified in their catalogue by one, which eliminates all the problems associated with Timber products. But “How” is the question, which will be answered here.
1. Initially, before starting, we know that RERA, which governs all the group housing builders, states that every builder has to specify which products they are using for which application.
2. However, from the last couple of years we have seen many builders changing their specifications and including WPC material instead of the conventional Timber products, citing WPC as a better, environment friendly, IGBC & GRIHA approved product which is very important for the customers. The authorities too, on the other hand have agreed to this. Well, we don’t say this rather it is a feedback given by India's top builders.
3. Now, when we talk about builders, who have already specified the materials that they are going to use in their catalogue, there remains always a question in the mind of the builder as to whether there are any substitutes which can replace the pain that they face when they use Timer product? And also they look for a product which is cost effective. Along with it there is also a question which remains at the back of the mind of a builder as to whether my fabrication team will be able to install a new product instead of the conventional timber product? We assure you that WPC certainly ensures and acts as a solution to the above problems.
4. Now comes the very common question as to why should I be the first one to do the trials?
5. Well, eight years back when we started a product called MPC grills we approached a builder. They just asked us to make grills for them, we did not even ask them for what application they needed it or how it was going to be used. We just supplied them with a few grills as samples, which they used in their shaft covering and it ended giving a fantastic aesthetic look, everyone was surprised and intrigued. And today by god’s grace around 400-500 builders have already experimented with the grill in their shaft covering application and it has turned out to be immensely successful.
6. By the experience that we have gained over the last 8 years since the inception of our company we can solemnly say that whenever a new product is launched in the market, one has to take an initiative. Till today there are a lot of builders who have used our product, and are very happy at the same time have given us repeat orders while complementing our product.
7. Also the question which might come in our mind is whether my customer will accept this product or not?
8. Especially in place of the conventional Timber product. Well, if you change your mindset just like those builders who have incorporated WPC products instead of Timber in their catalogue, then you along with your customers will be happy as you would get an environment friendly, Waterproof, Termite Moisture proof and a lifetime product along with great added advantages.
9. Here is an added advice which you shouldn’t forget. The sale’s team works on the fundamentals in which either they confuse or convince you as a customer. And your existing suppliers will be trying to confuse you by saying, if you are going to use WPC it might have this and that problems.
